Permanent Placements

All percentage fees are calculated on the nanny’s gross annual salary.

Family registration £0* Free for your first placement. £49 thereafter.

Placement Pre-payment £60 (VAT inc.) Covers up to 3 interviews. Deducted in full from your final fee.

Gross salary £0 – £24,999 9.99% + VAT Payable only once a placement is confirmed.

Gross salary £25,000 – £49,999 9.50% + VAT Payable only once a placement is confirmed.

Gross salary £50,000+ 9% + VAT Payable only once a placement is confirmed.

Minimum fee £1,200 + VAT Applies where the percentage fee falls below this amount.

Fixed-Term & Temporary Placements (under 6 months)

Registration fee £0* Free for your first placement. £49 thereafter.

Placement Pre-payment £60 (VAT inc.) Covers up to 3 interviews. Deducted in full from your final fee.

Per day £40 (VAT inc.) Compares favourably to the London market rate of £45–£50/day.

Per week £200 (VAT inc.) For placements booked on a weekly basis.

Minimum fee £450 + VAT Applies to short-term and temporary placements.

What’s Always Included

Replacement guarantee Included 8 weeks free replacement if a placement ends through no fault of the family.

DBS & Paediatric First Aid coordination Included We guide every nanny through the Enhanced DBS and Paediatric First Aid process. If a nanny asks us to handle their DBS application or book a course, that is optional and any cost is confirmed with them in advance.

Payroll guidance Free We partner with Nannytax for compliant PAYE, pensions and HMRC support. Ask us for a personal introduction and get 15% off their nanny payroll service when you first sign up.†

Nanny registration Always free We never charge candidates to register or to be put forward for a role.

* Registration is free for your first placement as a launch offer; a £49 registration fee applies thereafter.

Placement Pre-payments are made before interviews are arranged, in groups of up to 3 interviews, and are deducted in full from your final fee when you hire through us. If you decide not to proceed with any candidate, they are non-refundable. If we are unable to present suitable candidates for interview, they are refunded in full.
